Install instructions

1 install the setup .exe file

2 install the 103 to 1041 patch file

3 install the 1041 to 1042 patch file

if this is not the correct setup turn 3 to 2 and 2 to 3 i`m not sure how this patch works. let me know if there are any problems with the install
